HH-782 Copper Polishing Agent

HH-782 Copper Polishing Agent is a new, environmentally friendly polishing agent suitable for surface polishing of red copper, brass, purple copper, oxygen-free copper, and other copper alloys. It is used in its undiluted form and must not be introduced into the polishing bath with water. Prior to polishing, the surface of the copper workpiece must be free of oil and grease. The clean, activated surface layer formed after polishing provides an excellent substrate for subsequent processes such as passivation, electroplating, soldering, and spray coating.

HH-783 Copper Passivation Agent

HH-783 copper passivator is free of toxic and hazardous substances such as chromates, fluorides, peroxides, and heavy metals. It is a new environmentally friendly product developed to enhance the oxidation resistance of copper materials, effectively preventing surface oxidation and blackening. After treatment, it maintains the polished luster without compromising the product’s appearance, electrical conductivity, or solderability. Moreover, treated parts retain their original color and remain free from oxidation at room temperature for 2–3 years.

HH-608 Nano Phosphate-Free Ceramic Coating Agent

HH-608 nano phosphate-free ceramizing agent is a phosphate-free, reactive pretreatment chemical that is environmentally friendly, free of phosphates and heavy metals, and compliant with the EU RoHS environmental protection requirements. It is designed for surface film-forming treatment of steel parts, aluminum materials, electrolytic plates, galvanized sheets, aluminum alloys, and other substrates, enhancing coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. The product is non-volatile and does not precipitate, making it suitable for spray or dip treatments at room temperature. After treatment, a highly stable coating layer is formed, which strengthens the bond between the coating film and the substrate and improves the corrosion resistance of the coated surface.

HH-215A Six-in-One Phosphating Solution

The “Six-in-One” phosphating solution is a new type of steel treatment agent that integrates degreasing, rust removal, surface conditioning, phosphating, rust prevention, and passivation into a single formulation. While effectively removing scale and rust, it also forms a dense passivation film on the workpiece surface, providing excellent rust-prevention performance. Its outstanding advantages include: even when the bath solution becomes contaminated, no white precipitate adheres to the workpiece surface and there is no residual bath solution; long-lasting rust protection; strong adhesion to primer coatings; and no crystallization at the bottom of the bath.

HH Zinc-Based Phosphating Solution

Zinc-based phosphating solution is composed of nonionic surfactants, zinc salts, phosphating modifiers, oxidizing agents, and other ingredients. It is suitable for short-term corrosion protection of steel substrates and for high-quality phosphating pretreatment prior to coating, and represents the most advanced two-component zinc-based phosphating solution available in China.

HH stainless steel passivator forms an extremely thin, dense, well-adhering passivation film on the metal surface that adheres firmly to the metal. This film completely isolates the metal from the corrosive environment, preventing direct contact between the metal and the corrosive medium. As a result, the metal essentially ceases to dissolve, entering a passive state and thereby achieving corrosion protection. Only stainless steel that has undergone passivation treatment can truly exhibit its “stainless” properties.

1. Environmental regulations are becoming increasingly stringent, and the wastewater treatment fees and fines associated with phosphating are simply unsustainable.
