HH-782 Copper Polishing Agent
HH-782 Copper Polishing Agent is a new, environmentally friendly polishing agent suitable for surface polishing of red copper, brass, purple copper, oxygen-free copper, and other copper alloys. It is used in its undiluted form and must not be introduced into the polishing bath with water. Prior to polishing, the surface of the copper workpiece must be free of oil and grease. The clean, activated surface layer formed after polishing provides an excellent substrate for subsequent processes such as passivation, electroplating, soldering, and spray coating.

【Instructions for Use】
Immerse the workpieces to be processed directly in the working solution of HH-782 copper polish at the original concentration for 1–3 minutes.

【Application Areas】

【Precautions】
1. Before using this product for polishing, the workpiece must be thoroughly cleaned.
2. After cleaning, workpieces must not be touched directly with the hands to prevent sweat stains and rust.
3. If operators are in prolonged contact with the cleaning agent, it is recommended that they wear rubber gloves to prevent injury.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage difficulties. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
