Adjust the concentration of the working solution according to the degree of oil contamination and rust (typically a 20–40% dilution), and immerse the workpieces to be treated in the solution for 5–10 minutes.

【Precautions】

1. Appropriately increasing the concentration and temperature can enhance the cleaning and rust-removal efficiency and shorten the oil-removal and rust-removal treatment time. 
2. During repeated use, regularly remove surface scum and sediment from the bottom of the tank.

 

[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage challenges. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. 
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
