HH-783 copper passivator is free of toxic and hazardous substances such as chromates, fluorides, peroxides, and heavy metals. It is a new environmentally friendly product developed to enhance the oxidation resistance of copper materials, effectively preventing surface oxidation and blackening. After treatment, it maintains the polished luster without compromising the product’s appearance, electrical conductivity, or solderability. Moreover, treated parts retain their color and resist oxidation at room temperature for 2–3 years.

【Process Flow】
Workpiece to be processed → Degreasing → Water rinsing → Polishing → Water rinsing → Water rinsing → Passivation (copper anti-oxidation treatment) → Drying.
【Instructions for Use】
Immerse the workpieces to be treated directly in the working solution of HH-783 copper passivator at the undiluted concentration for 3–5 minutes.

【Application Areas】

【Precautions】
1. If, after the plating bath level has dropped and the workpiece is removed from the bath, surface defects still remain, this indicates that the bath concentration is too low and the product should be replenished.
2. If, after continuous operation for a certain period, the required protection level can no longer be maintained, the fluid must be replaced with fresh fluid.
3. To maintain the stability of the plating bath, workpieces must be thoroughly cleaned before operation, and impurities in the bath should be removed regularly.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage difficulties. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
