HH-304 Stainless Steel Passivation Agent
HH stainless steel passivator forms an extremely thin, dense, well-adhering passivation film on the metal surface that adheres firmly to the metal. This film completely isolates the metal from the corrosive environment, preventing direct contact between the metal and the corrosive medium. As a result, the metal essentially ceases to dissolve, entering a passive state and thereby achieving corrosion protection. Specifically designed for surface passivation, anti-oxidation, and pre-coating treatment of 201, 304, 316, and 430 stainless steel.
[Product Overview]
HH stainless steel passivator forms an extremely thin, dense, well-adhering passivation film on the metal surface that adheres firmly to the metal. This film completely isolates the metal from corrosive media, preventing direct contact and thereby essentially halting metal dissolution and inducing a passive state, which effectively inhibits corrosion. Only stainless steel that has undergone proper passivation can truly exhibit its “stainless” properties.
【Product Features】
1. The passivation film is highly uniform, with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion. Without sealing, 316 stainless steel can withstand a salt spray test for up to 500 hours, while 304 stainless steel can withstand up to 200 hours.
2. Can be applied at low temperatures. Both spray and soak treatments are suitable.
3. Short processing time, minimal sludge formation, and dense crystallization.
4. The bath solution is stable, easy to maintain, and low-cost.
5. Does not contain heavy metals such as chromium or nitric acid; environmentally friendly and non-toxic; complies with RoHS standards.

【Process Flow】
Workpiece to be processed → Degreasing → Rinsing with clean water → Passivation → Rinsing with clean water → Drying
【Instructions for Use】
Prepare the HH stainless steel passivation solution at a 10% concentration, immerse the workpieces for 1–3 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

【Application Areas】

【Precautions】
Continuous use will result in a decrease in the concentration of the working solution. Regularly monitor the concentration and ensure it is maintained at the specified level. If the solution is accidentally splashed onto the skin, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage challenges. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
