Used for phosphating and film-forming pretreatment prior to surface coating of materials such as cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, zinc alloy, and aluminum alloy.

【Process Flow】

Workpiece to be processed → Degreasing → Rinsing with clean water → Rust removal → Rinsing with clean water → Neutralization → Rinsing with clean water → Zinc-based phosphating solution → Rinsing with clean water.

 

【Instructions for Use】

Zinc-based phosphating solution is prepared as a working bath according to a specified ratio and used at ambient temperature, with cleaning performed directly by spraying or immersion.

【Precautions】

1. During phosphating, workpieces must not overlap; the bath concentration should be regularly replenished and maintained daily. 
2. All preceding process steps must be thoroughly cleaned before phosphating to avoid compromising the phosphating result. 
3. Adjust the concentration of the phosphating bath according to the desired coating thickness.

 

[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage challenges. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. 
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.

1. Environmental regulations are becoming increasingly stringent, and the wastewater treatment fees and fines associated with phosphating are simply unsustainable. This phosphate-free ceramic coating agent contains no phosphorus or heavy metals, fully complies with RoHS, and eliminates the need for heating and sludge-removal equipment, thereby reducing energy consumption, chemical costs, and effluent discharge expenses—making it highly cost-effective for long-term use. 2. Previously, the biggest headache with phosphating was sludge clogging the spray nozzles and frequent tank cleaning, leading to intermittent production.
