Applications of Copper Passivators
This copper passivator is free of toxic and harmful substances such as chromates, fluorides, peroxides, and heavy metals. It is a new, environmentally friendly product developed to enhance the oxidation resistance of copper materials. It effectively prevents surface oxidation and discoloration (darkening) of copper, and after treatment, it preserves the luster achieved through polishing without affecting the product’s appearance, electrical conductivity, or weldability. After treatment with this product, the material remains free of discoloration and oxidation for 2–3 years at room temperature.
