HH-608 nano phosphate-free ceramizing agent is a phosphate-free, reactive pretreatment chemical that is environmentally friendly, free of phosphates and heavy metals, and compliant with the EU RoHS environmental protection requirements. It is designed for surface film-forming treatment of steel parts, aluminum materials, electrolytic plates, galvanized sheets, aluminum alloys, and other substrates, enhancing coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. The product is non-volatile and does not precipitate, making it suitable for spray or dip treatments at room temperature. After treatment, a highly stable coating layer is formed, which strengthens the bond between the coating film and the substrate and improves the corrosion resistance of the coated surface.

【Product Features】

2. The ceramizing treatment can be carried out at ambient temperature, eliminating the need for heating equipment and thereby removing the surface-conditioning step.
3. Energy-efficient, recyclable, with no sediment, no need for tank draining, low consumption, no damage to equipment, and extended equipment service life.
4. Compared with conventional phosphating, this process significantly reduces treatment time, produces a thinner coating, lowers costs, enhances impact resistance, and delivers superior corrosion resistance.
5. Environmentally friendly and energy-saving product with zero wastewater discharge, eliminating the need for heating equipment, slag removal tanks, and phosphating wastewater treatment systems.

【Process Flow】
Workpiece to be processed → Rust remover → Rinsing with clean water → Rust prevention.
【Instructions for Use】
Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Water rinsing → Water rinsing → Ceramic conversion coating → Water rinsing → Pure water rinsing → Drying → Spraying.

【Precautions】
1. Strictly control the pH value within the process specifications (especially for zinc-aluminum alloy parts).
2. When the bath pH is less than 4.0, the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating will decrease.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage difficulties. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
