Specifically designed for surface passivation (oxidation prevention) of pure aluminum, aluminum alloys, die-cast aluminum, zinc alloys, and other similar materials.
[Product Overview]
HH die-cast aluminum bare-color passivator is a passivation agent specifically formulated for aluminum alloys and die-cast aluminum. It significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of these materials: after passivation, die-cast aluminum alloys can achieve salt spray resistance of 24 to 240 hours, zinc alloys 48 to 72 hours, and aluminum extrusions 48 to 240 hours.
【Product Features】
1. Does not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, mercury, or other such elements; a green and environmentally friendly product.
2. The chromate conversion coating is uniform, with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion.
3. Can be processed at room temperature. Corrosion resistance is improved by a factor of 8 to 25 or more.
4. Short processing time, minimal sludge formation, dense crystal structure, stable bath solution that is easy to maintain, and low cost.

【Process Flow】

【Instructions for Use】
Prepare the die-cast aluminum bare-color passivation bath at a concentration of 10%, immerse the workpieces for 5–10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

【Precautions】
1. Continuous operation will result in a decrease in the working solution concentration. Regularly monitor the concentration and ensure it is maintained at the specified level.
2. If accidentally splashed onto the skin, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage difficulties. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.

3. Shelf Life: 12 months (calculated from the date of delivery under the specified conditions, provided the product is stored in its original sealed container. The sealed container must be tightly closed immediately after sampling or use).
4. Transportation: This product is neither flammable nor explosive, is non-corrosive, and contains no heavy metals; it shall be transported as a non-hazardous material.
