Die-cast aluminum descaling and whitening agent can be used at ambient temperature and is suitable for cleaning and removing contaminants, oxide black spots, and discoloration from various aluminum alloys, high-silicon die-cast aluminum, and aluminum–magnesium alloys. Die-cast aluminum descaling and whitening agent, which can be used at ambient temperature, is suitable for cleaning and removing contaminants and oxidized black stains from various aluminum alloys, high-silicon die-cast aluminum, and aluminum-magnesium alloys. 【Precautions】

1. For workpieces with heavy oil contamination, first use an degreasing agent to thoroughly remove the oil; otherwise, the finished product may exhibit mottling. If mottling does occur after cleaning, it indicates that the pre-treatment oil removal was insufficient. 
2. During operation, monitor the solution temperature and ensure it does not exceed 40°C to prevent volatilization of the active ingredients. Do not allow metal parts to fall into the solution or soak them in the solution for extended periods, as this may shorten the solution’s service life. 
3. Prolonged immersion in the etching solution will lead to a decrease in its concentration; therefore, it should be replenished as needed. At the same time, the Baumé degree of the working solution should be maintained within the range of 15–18. If the reading falls below 15, simply add undiluted aluminum brightening agent to restore and maintain the proper concentration. 
4. This product is acidic; when handling it for extended periods, be sure to wear rubber gloves, and thoroughly rinse your hands with tap water after contact with the solution.

 

[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage challenges. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. 
2. Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.
