【Applicable Materials】
Specifically designed for pre-coating surface degreasing, cleaning, and scale removal of aluminum alloys, die-cast aluminum, pure aluminum, and aluminum extrusions.
[Product Overview]
HH—Aluminum Degreaser is an environmentally friendly cleaning agent developed using state-of-the-art, high-end technology. It is non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating, does not corrode metal surfaces, and effectively and rapidly removes grease, dust, scale, and other contaminants from workpieces without damaging the cleaned parts. For even better results, it can be used in conjunction with ultrasonic heated cleaning.
【Product Features】
1. Does not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, mercury, or other such elements; a green and environmentally friendly product.
2. The chromate conversion coating is uniform, with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion.
3. Can be processed at room temperature. Excellent corrosion resistance.
4. Short processing time, minimal sludge formation, dense crystal structure, stable bath solution that is easy to maintain, and low cost.

Cleaning targets: stamping oils, drawing oils, cutting oils, grinding oils, tapping oils, lapping oils, paraffin oils, mineral oils, drawing-down oils, wire-drawing oils, calendering oils, and other metalworking oils, as well as dust and other contaminants.
【Process Flow】
Workpiece to be processed—degreasing—rinsing with clean water—surface conditioning—rinsing with clean water—passivation—clean-water rinsing—(optional) (ultrapure-water rinsing)—drying.
【Instructions for Use】
Depending on the degree of oil contamination, add approximately two-thirds of the tank’s volume in water, then prepare the working solution at a specified concentration (typically 10%), and immerse the workpieces to be treated in the solution.

【Precautions】
1. Determine the working fluid concentration based on the degree and type of oil contamination on the workpiece surface.
2. If certain workpieces are coated with high-melting-point greases or heavy oil contamination, the temperature of the treatment bath may be appropriately increased, or the contaminants may be removed by manual scrubbing.
3. It is recommended to replenish the bath at a rate of approximately 2% every 1–2 working days to maintain the bath concentration.
[Handling, Storage, and Transportation]
Storage: During storage at ambient temperature, the packaging drums shall be kept tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water or other foreign matter. When stored in clean, covered, and appropriately sized containers, this product will not present any operational, handling, or storage difficulties. Protect against freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
Packaging: 25 kg per drum, packaged in plastic drums.

Retention period ： 12 months (calculated from the date of delivery under the specified conditions in the originally sealed drum; the sealed drum shall be tightly resealed immediately after sampling or use).
